 ICU & OR BREAK ROOM (MA)

Environmental testing confirms that the VidaShield reduces the levels of bacteria in both the air and on the surfaces in heavily contaminated areas like an OR break room or ICU from 48-63%.


CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL PATIENT ROOM

The VidaShield system reduced airborne bacteria levels 73% and fungi levels 44%. Surface fungi levels were reduced 26%. There was no terminal cleaning performed prior to post-installation testing which likely contributed to a rise in bacteria surface levels. 


EMERGENCY PSYCHIATRIC ROOM (NV)

The VidaShield system reduced airborne bacteria levels by 64% and reduced surface levels 66%. In addition, hospital nurses and staff reported improvement in odors and air quality in the testing area, as well as a noticeable difference in allergy symptoms. 


TRIAGE TREATMENT ROOM (UAE)

Sampling was conducted just 4 hours after powering on the unit. The level of contamination was reduced 31% for bacteria and 50% for fungi in that short span of time. Ideally, post-sampling would occur 2 weeks after the VidaShield system has been installed. 


 ACUTE CARE BIOHAZARD ROOM (TN) 

 The level of contamination in the rooms where the VidaShield were installed were lower on average than the corridors, break rooms and other employee areas.
